Built for the New-Generation Tub
▪ The 2026 Hilux arrived with a redesigned tray, so covers made for the previous shape do not carry across. This shutter is cut for the new tub — rail spacing, canister depth and tailgate clearance are all specific to the 2026-onwards body.
▪ Fitting a new ute means the tray is still perfect, so alignment matters. Every rail and seal is matched to this generation rather than shimmed to fit.
▪ Driving a 2015–2025 Hilux? You need the 2015–2025 version instead — the two are not interchangeable.
Dual-Lock Security
Two heavy-duty alloy locks — one on each side — keep your tub locked down tight. To open, just unlock one side with the unique key and press the other to release; no mucking about with two keys. A mechanical top-pressure lock resists tampering, and a tough PC cover keeps out sand, grit and dust — and won't burn or freeze your fingers in the weather.
Stainless-Steel Canister, Built to Last
The housing is made from 201 stainless steel (1mm front, 2mm sides) for high strength, superior corrosion resistance and long-term reliability. A high-strength PC spiral disc — cold, heat, impact and wear resistant — keeps the aluminium slats gliding smoothly in and out of the canister for years, with a clean, simple structure that's less prone to faults.
Weather-Sealed & Fully Drained
High-quality EPDM rubber seals run tightly between the slats for excellent water resistance, backed by a three-layer rubber seal on the rear cover plate that blocks leaves, debris and rain. A 4-point drainage system — two outlets on the canister and two on the guide rails — channels any water away so it never pools in your tub.
Heavy-Duty Aluminium Build
Precision-formed interlocking aluminium slats give a strong, low-profile cover that shrugs off the elements. CNC-machined 99% aluminium side rails are rated to 150kg dynamic / 300kg static, so you can mount racks, ladders and gear with confidence — all finished in a double-layer electroplating + UV-resistant powder coat that resists fading, scratches and corrosion.
Built-In LED Lighting
Integrated high-brightness LED lighting helps you find your gear after dark, with an easily replaceable battery so there's no complicated wiring to maintain.
