Built tough in Australia for Aussie conditions, this tray cover delivers style, security and functionality. It features a strong aluminium extrusion frame paired with a 2.5 mm five-bar checker-plate top panel, and is finished in UV-stable matte black powder-coat for long-lasting protection.

    Security is built in — the Load Shield uses a push-button centre T-handle key-lock, rear-corner side-latches and gas-struts, ensuring your gear stays locked inside while your tailgate remains unable to open if the lid is closed and locked.

    Need extra carrying power? This unit offers optional racking systems: surface-mounted cross-bars rated up to 100 kg, or side-rail & cross-bar combo rated around 50 kg — perfect for rooftop tents, gear boxes or trade gear.

    Installation is fast and driver-friendly — fitment typically takes around one to two hours, so you’ll be back on the road quickly. Note: cabin guards or load rests must be removed for correct fitment, and it’s not compatible with sports bars.
