Refund / Return Policy

Refunds & Exchanges:

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 working days of delivery of your order. You will be responsible for the original and return shipping charges and a restocking fee of 20% provided that the item is in its original condition. If refund requests align with our terms and conditions, processing refunds might take up to 2-3 business days.


FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM - DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS:

We all know that accidents happen sometimes. If your order(s) arrive defective, damaged or simply incorrect, please contact our team as soon as possible. Please do not attempt to use or install the part. We will send you a replacement part and provide you with a return label of the defective part. Product must be returned to us within 14 working days.

Please choose carefully; customers are responsible for reviewing invoices and verifying part numbers (SKU) to ensure requested items are correct.
